Welcome to Sventography Studios. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sventography Studios website, online booking services, purchases, and other services offered through this website.
By using this website, making a purchase, or booking a photography session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Sventography Studios Services
Sventography Studios provides photography and related creative services, which may include portrait photography, real estate photography, event photography, product photography, editing and retouching, prints, digital images, and other photography-related services.
The specific services, deliverables, pricing, turnaround times, and other details for a photography session may also be described on the applicable booking page, product page, invoice, proposal, or separate service agreement.
If a separate written agreement contains terms that conflict with these website Terms & Conditions, the separate written agreement will control for that service.
2. Booking and Deposits
Photography sessions may require a deposit to reserve a date and time.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, Sventography Studios currently requires a 30% booking deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of the photography session.
A booking is not considered fully reserved until the required booking process has been completed and any required deposit has been received.
Availability is offered on a first-confirmed basis.
3. Remaining Balances
Any remaining session balance is due according to the terms shown during booking, on the applicable invoice, or in a separate written agreement.
Additional services requested by the client may result in additional charges.
These may include, when applicable:
- additional photography time;
- additional retouched images;
- rush delivery;
- additional travel;
- hair and makeup services;
- specialty editing or retouching; or
- other services requested outside the original package.
Any additional charges requiring a custom quote will be discussed with the client before the service is provided.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Clients should provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule a photography session whenever reasonably possible.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, deposits, missed appointments, and related matters are governed by the current Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.
That policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
Clients are also responsible for arriving at the agreed location at the scheduled time and for obtaining any permissions, access, releases, or property authorizations that are reasonably necessary for the requested photography.
Delays caused by the client may reduce the amount of photography that can be completed within the scheduled session time.
6. Locations and Travel
Photography packages may include travel within a stated service area.
Travel outside the included service area may require an additional travel charge. Any applicable travel charge will be discussed or confirmed before the session whenever reasonably possible.
Clients are responsible for obtaining permission to photograph at locations that require private-property access, permits, admission fees, or other authorization unless Sventography Studios has specifically agreed to arrange those items.
7. Image Selection and Editing
Sventography Studios retains creative discretion over photographic selection, composition, editing, color treatment, retouching, and final presentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Not every photograph captured during a session will necessarily be delivered.
Unedited or RAW image files are not included unless specifically stated in the applicable package or agreed to in writing.
8. Delivery and Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times may be listed in the selected photography package or communicated to the client.
Turnaround estimates begin after the photography session and may be affected by the quantity of images, requested retouching, revisions, technical issues, holidays, or other circumstances.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional charge when offered.
9. Copyright and Client Usage
Unless otherwise transferred through a written agreement, Sventography Studios retains copyright in photographs created by Sventography Studios to the extent provided by applicable law.
Clients receive the usage rights stated in their selected package, invoice, written agreement, or accompanying license.
Personal-use photography may not automatically include commercial advertising, resale, sublicensing, or other commercial exploitation.
Commercial clients should ensure that the usage rights included with their project are appropriate for the intended use.
10. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Any use of client photographs by Sventography Studios for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competition, publication, or promotional purposes will remain subject to applicable agreements, releases, privacy commitments, and law.
Clients with privacy concerns should raise them before the photography session so appropriate arrangements can be documented.
11. Prints and Physical Products
Colors and appearance may vary slightly between digital displays and physical prints because of differences in monitors, printing processes, materials, and lighting.
Any defect or damage involving a physical product should be reported promptly after delivery.
Custom or personalized products may be subject to different return or refund conditions as described in the applicable product listing or Refund Policy.
12. Website Content
Photographs, graphics, branding, text, logos, designs, and other original material displayed on this website may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
Website visitors may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, scrape, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit protected Sventography Studios material without permission or another lawful basis.
13. Website Availability
Sventography Studios attempts to keep the website and online booking services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting interruptions, third-party services, payment processing, technical failures, or other circumstances.
14. Third-Party Services
This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, booking systems, social networks, mapping services, and other external platforms.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Sventography Studios is not responsible for the operation or content of third-party websites and services that it does not control.
15. Payment Processing
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Sventography Studios does not necessarily receive or store the complete payment-card information entered into a third-party payment processor.
Payment transactions may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms and security procedures.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sventography Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or photography services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
17. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Sventography Studios will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, emergencies, illness, venue closures, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions, or similar events.
When reasonably possible, Sventography Studios will work with the client to reschedule or find an appropriate solution.
18. Sventography Rewards Program
Sventography Studios may offer a rewards program that allows eligible registered members to earn points through qualifying activities and redeem those points for available rewards.
Participation in Sventography Rewards is subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional conditions displayed with a particular earning opportunity or reward.
18.1 Eligibility and Account Requirement
A valid Sventography Studios account is required to earn, track, and redeem rewards points.
Points are associated with the account through which they are earned. Points may not ordinarily be transferred, sold, assigned, combined between accounts, or exchanged between members.
Sventography Studios may limit rewards participation where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation of promotions, or other misuse of the program.
18.2 Earning Points
Members may earn points through qualifying activities offered by Sventography Studios.
These activities may include, but are not limited to:
- creating an eligible Sventography Studios account;
- completing qualifying photography bookings;
- subscribing to eligible email or newsletter communications;
- referring new customers who satisfy the stated referral requirements;
- participating in promotions or special events; and
- discovering promotional point opportunities throughout the Sventography Studios website.
The number of points awarded for each activity will be displayed or otherwise communicated with the applicable offer.
Certain earning opportunities may be limited to one award per member, account, transaction, referral, promotion, or qualifying activity.
18.3 Photography Booking Points
Points offered for photography bookings are awarded to the eligible Sventography Studios account associated with the qualifying transaction.
Booking points may require successful payment or completion of other conditions stated with the offer.
If a qualifying booking or purchase is later canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, Sventography Studios may reverse the points that were awarded for that transaction.
18.4 Referral Rewards
Referral points will be awarded only after the requirements of the applicable referral offer have been satisfied.
Unless a particular promotion states otherwise, simply sending a referral link or having another person create an account does not guarantee a referral reward.
A referred customer may be required to complete and pay for a qualifying photography booking before referral points are awarded.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or attempts to manipulate the referral program are not eligible for rewards.
18.5 Promotional and Hidden Website Points
Sventography Studios may occasionally offer promotional point opportunities through the website, email communications, special events, or other promotions.
Some point opportunities may appear throughout the Sventography Studios website as special or hidden rewards for members who discover them.
Unless otherwise stated, these opportunities may be limited to one claim per eligible account.
18.6 Redeeming Points
Available points may be redeemed for eligible items and benefits offered in the Sventography Rewards catalog.
Rewards may include, for example:
- discounts on future photography sessions;
- additional edited or retouched photographs;
- printed photographs in specified sizes;
- print-size upgrades;
- photography-related perks or session upgrades;
- Sventography Studios merchandise or collectibles;
- keychains and promotional items;
- certificates, vouchers, or promotional offers; and
- other rewards made available from time to time.
Each reward will display its required point amount and any important eligibility or redemption conditions.
A member must have enough available points to complete a redemption.
The applicable number of points will be deducted from the member’s account when the redemption is successfully processed.
18.7 Photography Prints
For rewards involving photographic prints, the member may be asked to select an eligible photograph from a qualifying Sventography Studios gallery or collection.
Available print sizes and required point amounts may vary.
Larger prints, premium materials, specialty finishes, framing, additional copies, or other upgrades may require additional points or payment.
Any additional cost will be disclosed before the member completes the applicable order.
Image availability, print dimensions, cropping requirements, resolution, and other production limitations may affect whether a particular photograph is suitable for a requested print size.
18.8 Physical Merchandise and Shipping
Physical rewards may include Sventography Studios merchandise, keychains, prints, collectibles, or other tangible items.
Physical reward availability may be limited and may change over time.
If shipping, delivery, taxes, or other charges apply to a physical reward, those charges will be disclosed before the member completes the redemption.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on production, inventory, shipping carriers, destination, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Sventography Studios.
18.9 Session Discounts and Photography Perks
Rewards involving photography-session discounts, additional photography time, additional retouched images, upgrades, or similar benefits may be subject to booking availability and eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise stated with the reward, session discounts and promotional rewards may not be combined with other discounts or offers.
Rewards cannot reduce a transaction below any minimum amount or required charge stated with the applicable offer.
A redeemed reward does not guarantee availability for a particular session date or time.
18.10 Certificates, Vouchers, and Promotional Credits
Some rewards may be issued in the form of a certificate, voucher, promotional code, or similar benefit.
Any restrictions, eligible services, redemption requirements, expiration dates, or other material conditions applicable to such a reward will be displayed before redemption or provided with the reward.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards points themselves are not gift certificates or cash balances.
18.11 No Cash Value
Sventography Rewards points are promotional benefits and are not money, legal tender, stored cash value, or a bank balance.
Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Points may not be sold, traded, transferred, or assigned except where Sventography Studios expressly permits it.
Points cannot be used to purchase additional rewards points.
18.12 Point Expiration
Sventography Rewards points currently do not expire.
If Sventography Studios introduces a point-expiration policy in the future, the applicable terms and effective date will be communicated before the new expiration policy is applied, subject to applicable law.
Individual certificates, vouchers, discounts, or promotional rewards obtained using points may have their own expiration periods where clearly disclosed with the reward.
18.13 Reward Cancellations and Point Returns
Points are not refundable for cash.
If Sventography Studios is unable to fulfill a redeemed reward because the item or service is unavailable, the points used for that redemption may be returned to the member’s rewards balance.
If a member cancels a redemption before fulfillment and cancellation is permitted for that reward, Sventography Studios may restore the applicable points.
Once a physical reward has been produced or shipped, a digital or promotional reward has been delivered, or a service reward has been used, the point redemption is generally final except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated with the reward.
Defective or damaged physical items should be reported promptly so Sventography Studios can review the issue and determine an appropriate replacement or other resolution.
18.14 Errors and Adjustments
Sventography Studios may correct rewards balances and transaction histories when reasonably necessary to address:
- technical or administrative errors;
- duplicate point awards;
- canceled or refunded transactions;
- incorrect redemptions;
- fraudulent activity;
- abuse of promotions; or
- other inaccurate credits or deductions.
Members who believe their rewards balance or transaction history is incorrect may contact Sventography Studios for review.
18.15 Reward Availability
Rewards may be added, changed, removed, temporarily unavailable, or limited in quantity.
A reward displayed in the catalog is subject to availability until the redemption has been successfully completed.
Limited-edition merchandise, specialty prints, promotional items, and other physical rewards may become unavailable when inventory is exhausted.
18.16 Changes to the Rewards Program
Sventography Studios may modify earning opportunities, reward options, point requirements, eligibility rules, promotional offers, or other features of the rewards program.
Material changes will be communicated through the website or another reasonable method.
Sventography Studios may discontinue the rewards program subject to applicable law and any notice or redemption period communicated at that time.
Changes to the program do not convert points into cash or create a right to cash payment.
19. Changes to These Terms
Sventography Studios may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on this page will include its most recent revision date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
