At Sventography Studios, we want every client to feel confident when booking a session or purchasing photography products. Because photography services are custom and time is reserved specifically for each client, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Photography Session Deposits
A 30% booking deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. Booking deposits are non-refundable because the selected appointment time is held exclusively for you.
Cancellations
If you cancel your photography session, the booking deposit is not refundable. Any payments made beyond the required deposit may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made before services are performed.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your existing booking deposit will be transferred to the new session date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new booking deposit.
If Sventography Studios must cancel or reschedule your session and a mutually acceptable replacement date cannot be arranged, payments made toward the session will be refunded.
Completed Photography Services
Once a photography session has been completed, payments for services performed are generally non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your session or final gallery, please contact us so we can work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Digital Images & Downloads
Due to the digital nature of downloadable photography products, digital purchases are final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law or where the files are defective or incorrect.
Prints & Physical Products
Custom prints, albums, and other personalized photography products cannot normally be returned because they are made specifically for the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Sventography Studios within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their booking deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to schedule another session.
Add-On Services
Add-ons already performed or delivered, including rush editing, additional photography time, or additional retouched images, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
